I don't know for Guild Wars but if you search for Runescape you will find people selling... get this... A JOKE AND A FREE RUNESCAPE CHARACTER WITH IT! L0L! What Ebayers do for moneh... If you don't get it, here is what happens
1.) It is illegal to sell Runescape characters online. You can get the character legally banned by the rules
2.) So them ebayer-boyz decides to sell "A joke" for ~ $80.00.
3.) Jagex (maker of Runescape) cannot legally ban you for buying a joke
4.) It just so happens that you get a Runescape character with the "Joke"

Get it? Lol! Now lets worry. Does any one know anything from the EULA or other agreements/rules that says you are not allowed to do that in GW? Cuz if there isn't we would have A LOT of noobs with pwnage chars...

Doesn't work if EULA forbids transferring accounts/charas between people, tho.
